1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our products (pharmaceuticals, health supplements, and personal care items), we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
As a result, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong item compared to your order.

We do not accept returns for products that have been:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed;

  • Damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer;

  • Purchased under promotional or clearance offers.

2. Return Request Procedure

If your product meets the above eligibility, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

  • Your order number

  • A clear image or video of the product showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, you will be informed of the pickup schedule or the return address for sending the item back. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with any labels or invoices.

3. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be initiated through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI) within 7 business days from the date of approval.

  • Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if only part of an order is returned.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
If canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method through Razorpay.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
